Tasty dishes WITH BLACK BEANS • When Mathilde returned home from a trip to Mexico a few years ago, she brought back plenty of inspiration and a heart full of new taste experiences. One of the typical ingredients in Mexican cooking is the versatile, high-protein black bean which is used for both salty and sweet dishes. Inspired by her trip, Mathilde would like to share a few recipes with you here, including an intense and spongy brownie, a silky chocolate mousse, classic refried beans served with fresh toppings, a nutritious salad with sweet potatoes and pomegranate, and a tasty olive tapenade with beans. All these dishes have a fantastic taste and they are crammed full of healthy proteins. Enjoy – and buen provecho!
